There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that without Lisa’s help I would not be living in my beautiful forever home. Making the most expensive decision of your life is not one to make lightly, and as a solo parent with no one to have those all-important discussions with it’s even more tricky. After a lovely chat, Lisa knew exactly what the pitfalls might be for my particular scenario and found me some brilliant properties to view that fit the bill.

I fell in love with a house in my dream location and she helped with the negotiations as well as keeping the chain together. Without Lisa, I could have easily lost the house. 

 

She has great relationships with local agents and not only did this mean she was able to find me houses to view that had not yet come to market, but she also massively smoothed the purchase process making it as stress free as possible AND negotiated me a realistic purchase price. She also knows where the great coffee shops are!
